Elders Real Estate Bundaberg commenced in July 2001 operating from within the local branch. The local merchandise branch had a strong presence in the Horticultural and Grazing sectors supported by company owned selling centre in nearby Gin Gin having fortnightly cattle sales. Whilst the merchandise business has ceased trading in the region the Rural Property, Livestock and Insurance business has continued to grow.

Being a strong Sugar Cane growing centre in the past the region has somewhat changed direction and is fast becoming the Macadamia Capital of Australia.

The immediate Bundaberg Region is primarily a diverse agricultural hub supported by Macadamia, Sugar Cane, Avocadoes, Sweet Potatoes, Strawberries and numerous other Horticultural crops.

This region enjoys the perfect weather conditions with excellent soil types and irrigation water security from 2 irrigation schemes. We enjoy a sub-tropical climate and have fantastic beaches to the North and South and are the gateway to the Southern Great Barrier Reef.

The region is multi-cultural and is supported by good Educational, Medical and Sporting Facilities. To the west, the country and topography changes with Citrus and Grazing becoming the main rural focus.

The Rural Real Estate sector of the company business has been involved in many of the larger property transactions within the district and is supported by a strong database of Sellers and Buyers.

The Bundaberg and Biloela offices are jointly controlled by Baden Lowrie servicing the Real Estate needs of both districts.
